Order Tracking

Hello,

All our products are shipped via Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees or EcomExpress and are delivered in 5-8 working days after placing the order.

As soon as the product is shipped (generally in 2-3 working days) you will be notified via SMS and email regarding the delivery details and tracking number.

If you have any doubt or face any problem regarding the tracking or delivery please mail us at “hello@dhaakadtau.com”.

Please do not send multiple emails for the same query as it will cause confusion while providing proper resolution. And also please use one email thread for the queries  🙏

You can check the tracking status by entering your order id (Eg: 12100, kindly check the order confirmation email, sms, whatsapp for order id) below.
