Returns & Refunds Policy

How do I return or exchange my products?

    • We maintain the highest standards of quality and ensure our products are delivered defect-free. However, in case of a defective product, please share the details to use within 7 calendar days by dropping in a mail at hello@dhaakadtau.com. If the defect is verified, Dhaakad Tau will take 100% responsibility for the same and initiate a refund or replacement, at 0 cost, as the customer prefers.
    • You can follow the guidelines below to raise a Refund/ Replacement request with Dhaakad Tau:
      • Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
      • Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
      • Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible.
    • In case of an incorrect/different item received other than the original item ordered, contact us with images of product and packaging at hello@dhaakadtau.com to support the claim. Request you to allow us 2-3 days to refer to our in-house expert team for a quality check and if found valid – we will initiate a pickup of the product & issue you a replacement of the same product.

    • We will initiate the return pickup, however, the product needs to be in the same condition as the customer might have received with tags and labels intact.

    • We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase.

    • Product Quality Issue : Replacement  will be done only in the case of issues related to wrong orders, damaged or defective products

    • Size Issue : We follow the Indian Size Chart. Customers are required to refer the size chart before ordering , there will be no replacement or return for size issues unless an incorrect product has been delivered.

    • Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

    •  Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new product  back to you.

    • There is no refund or replacement for International Orders. 

    •  Note : Only one exchange request per order is applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Please write to us on hello@dhaakadtau.com along with your Order ID to make changes to the order within 6 hours of placing the order. We will modify/cancel the order and a confirmation will be sent on email.

This grace period ensures that if you need changes to your order, we can accommodate your request without any issues. After 6 hours, to meet our commitments to timely delivery, the order goes into processing after which cancelation or refunds is not possible.

Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 5-7 working days. 

We prioritise delivering excellent service and fostering a respectful and professional interaction with our customers. Please note that we do not tolerate abusive language or behaviour. In instances of customer errors, such as ordering the incorrect size, colour, or product, we maintain our commitment to professionalism. Abusive behaviour will lead to the termination of communication. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a respectful environment for everyone involved. 

In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping. All disputes are subjected to Gujarat jurisdiction only.

Wrong/Damaged Product

Our commitment to quality ensures that all our products undergo rigorous checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (e.g., wrong or damaged print, cut, or stain), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will require proof of the damage, i.e unboxing video to proceed and will send a replacement product promptly. The colour of the product(s) may vary as per the customer’s screen resolution.

Dhaakad Tau works on a made-to-order model. We pay and get these manufactured and shipped for single pieces per order which is how thousands of designs are always in stock in all sizes, colors, and styles.

Given that our products are made to order, specifically tailored to your specifications (cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order is processed.
