Returns & Refunds Policy
How do I return or exchange my products?

- Customers can exchange/ return their order within 15 calendar days after an order has been delivered.

- The Estimated Delivery Date updated on the tracking page is an approximate derived by evaluating multiple factors. You can expect the order to be delivered before or after the EDD suggested. However in general the product is dispatched within 2-3 working days and generally gets delivered within 5-7 working days.

- All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.

- As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us via cost-effective means. Please mail us at hello@dhaakadtau.com along with the order Id and we will send you the details of returning address. Shipping costs are non- refundable.

- We will either replace it with another product of the same value, or offer credit (excluding shipping or cash on delivery charges) in the form of the coupon which can be used for the next purchase.

- Product Quality Issue: Replacement will be done only in the case of issues related to wrong orders , damaged or defective products

- Size Issue : We follow the Indian Size Chart Customers are required to refer the size chart before ordering , there will be no replacement or return for size issues unless an incorrect product has been delivered.

- Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

- Only after receiving the returned product, we will ship the new product. We need a minimum of 7 days to ship the new product back to you.

- There is no refund or replacement for International Orders.

- Note: Only one exchange request per order is applicable.

Cancellation
The cancellation request is accepted if communicated within 1 hour of placing the order. You can mail us at hello@dhaakadtau.com along with the order Id requesting for cancellation. Once the cancellation is approved the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 5-7 working days.
In case you receive incorrect or damaged product mail us at hello@dhaakadtau.com and we will take care of the rest immediately.
